Support

There are two basic types of Support:

Customer Service Technical Support
  • Order Fulfillment Issues
  • Licensing Issues
  • Email Address changes

 

  • Program Operation Issues
  • Configuration Questions

Technical Support requests are best done from within the Stock Position Monitor application.  Choose the Support option from the StockPositionMonitor menu.  This allows the application to capture data that can be included in the email.

You may request Support in three different ways.
